I illustrated this book all about Pizza! Written by Dan Richer of Razza Pizza Artiginale, with Katie Parla.
Dan and Katie needed illustrations to bring to life the technical and creative points of making pizza, such as how to choose a balanced topping triad, or how to rotate a pizza properly around a wood-fired oven for an even bake. The book has plenty of photography but needed illustrations to clarify certain concepts.
The book will be published by Voracious, a new imprint at Little, Brown (Hachette) on October 26th 2021.
