I illustrated this New York Times Bestselling cookbook, written by Dan Richer (of Razza Pizza Artiginale) with Katie Parla. The book was published by Voracious (Little, Brown) in November 2021.
Dan and Katie needed illustrations to bring to life the technical and creative points of making pizza, such as how to select a balanced topping triad, how to rotate a pizza properly around a wood-fired oven, and the anatomy of a perfect pie. The book has plenty of gorgeous photography but needed illustrations to clarify certain concepts and bring a bit of levity.
